§ 82-158. Persons arrested for prostitution, etc., to be reported to department.

Whenever any person is arrested and charged with the violation of any ordinance relating to prostitution, lewdness, the keeping or setting up of a house of ill fame, brothel or bawdyhouse, street walking or soliciting for prostitution or for any immoral purpose, pandering or vagrancy, the person making such arrest shall immediately report in writing the name, address and charge made against such person arrested to the department of health.
