§ 82-112. Children from infected houses not to be allowed to go to school or public places.

Any parent, guardian, tutor or other person having charge or control of any child,
who shall allow or permit any such child to go from any house or building infected
with typhoid, scarlet or yellow fever, diphtheria, cholera, smallpox or other contagious
or infectious disease to attend any public or private school or any place of amusement
or to travel in any streetcar or public vehicle shall be punished by a fine of $5.00;
and, in default of payment thereof, by five days' imprisonment.
