§ 82-111. Children not to be needlessly exposed to contagious diseases.

No parent, tutor or custodian of any child or minor (having power and authority to prevent) shall permit any such child or minor to be unnecessarily exposed or shall needlessly expose any such minor or child to the taking or to the infection of any contagious disease.
