§ 82-45. Adulteration of candies, etc.—Determination.

Any candy, dried figs, dates or other preserved, candied and crystallized fruits in which shall be found any terra alba, baryta, talc or any other mineral substance or poisonous color or flavor, or other ingredient deleterious or detrimental to health shall for the purpose of this section be deemed to be adulterated.
