§ 82-38. Enforcement by department of health.

The department of health shall enforce the provisions of this article and prosecute all persons charged with violating it and to that end its officers, members, agents, employees, inspectors and appointees may enter any place, car, conveyance or other vehicle in the city for the purpose of inspection for violations thereof.
