§ 82-36. Information to be filed by all food establishments.

Every person who shall engage in the sale or storage of foodstuffs or any other thing susceptible of human consumption as food within the limits of the city shall file in the office of the department of health on a blank especially prepared for this purpose the following information:
(1)

Name of the owner;

(2)

Business and residence address of the owner;

(3)

Character of business carried on and such other information as the department may deem necessary for the enforcement of proper sanitary regulations on the premises.
