§ 82-1. Obstruction of officers.

No person shall wilfully obstruct, hinder or resist any officer or person, duly authorized by the department of health, in the execution or enforcement of any sanitary ordinance or order of the department, or in entering into or upon any premises for the purpose of examining such premises.
