§ 78-127. Standards for subdivision proposals.

  • (a)

    All proposals for the development of subdivisions, including manufactured home parks, shall be consistent with the provisions of this article.

    (b)

    All proposals for the development of subdivisions, including manufactured home parks, shall meet building permit requirements of division 3 of this article.

    (c)

    Base elevation data shall be generated for subdivision proposals which are greater than 50 lots or five acres, and other proposed developments, including manufactured home parks, if not otherwise provided pursuant to this article.

    (d)

    All proposals for the development of subdivisions, including manufactured home parks, shall have adequate drainage to reduce exposure to flood hazards.

    (e)

    All proposals for the development of subdivisions, including manufactured home parks, shall have public utilities and facilities such as sewer, gas, electrical and water systems, located and constructed to minimize or eliminate flood damage.
