§ 78-61. Abrogation, greater restrictions, and severability.

This article is not intended to repeal, abrogate or impair any existing easements,
covenants or deed restrictions. However, where this article and another article conflict
or overlap, whichever article imposes the more stringent restrictions shall prevail.
If any section, clause, sentence, or phrase of this article is held to be invalid
or unconstitutional by any court of competent jurisdiction, then said holding shall
in no way affect the validity of the remaining portions of this article.
