§ 74-3. Impersonating firefighters, fire inspectors, etc.

It shall be unlawful for any person, not authorized by law to do so, to:
(1)

Wear the uniform and insignia, or any portion thereof, of the city fire department;

(2)

Undertake to act or to represent himself as a member of the city fire department; or

(3)

Represent himself as a firefighter or fire inspector.
