§ 70-808. Retaliation prohibited.

(1)

No covered employer shall discharge or take other adverse action against any person in retaliation for asserting in good faith any claim or right under this article, for assisting any other person in doing so, or for informing any person about their rights.

(2)

No covered employer shall reduce any wages or benefits due any employee, covered or not, to offset the costs associated with work covered by this article.
