§ 70-701. Rules to apply to all inmates in custody of criminal sheriff; exceptions.

These rules shall apply to all inmates in the custody of the Orleans Parish Criminal Sheriff except inmates sentenced to the Louisiana Department of Public Safety and Corrections who are in the custody of the criminal sheriff and except inmates and detainees held by the criminal sheriff for an agency of the federal government.
