§ 70-621. Investment policy adoption.

Latest version.

In accordance with R.S. 33:2955D, this investment policy shall be adopted by ordinance of the Council of the City of New Orleans. The policy shall be reviewed annually by the investment committee and any modifications made thereto must be approved by the city council.
