M.C.S., Ord. No. 17,424, § 1, adopted Feb. 15, 1996, repealed §§ 70-430 and 70-431, which pertained respectively to purchases of less than $1,000.00 and purchases of $1,000.00 or more not regulated by state law and derived from §§ 2-50.3 and 2-50.4 of the city's 1956 Code.
