§ 70-426. Signatures required on certain contracts.

Any contract for professional services pertaining to the exercise of the council's powers of supervision, regulation and control of public utilities or the review of assessments shall contain the signature of the president of the city council. A copy of any such contract shall be retained in the files of the clerk of council.
