§ 70-415.278. Fund created.

There is hereby created a special fund designated as the City of New Orleans Infrastructure Maintenance Fund (hereinafter "fund"), into which shall be deposited all funds from any special tax authorized and approved by the voters of New Orleans for infrastructure maintenance, and any other funds, including but not limited to a fee, designated by lawful authority for deposit in the fund.
