§ 70-415.269. Funding and purpose.

All revenues collected for the rental and use of Gallier Hall shall be dedicated solely to defraying any maintenance costs associated with the upkeep, care, or improvement of Gallier Hall. Expenditures from the fund shall be appropriated and recorded properly for this purpose and use.
