§ 70-415.266. Funding and purpose.

All fines, fees, or other costs that are or have been collected by the city because of civil administrative inspection and enforcement proceedings initiated by the department of code enforcement or their designees shall be placed in the fund. Expenditures from the fund shall be appropriated and recorded properly for the purpose and use.
