§ 70-415.230. Fund created.

A revolving fund is established in the department of finance under the provisions of section 6-207 of the City Charter, to be known as the "New Orleans Mardi Gras Support Services Donations Fund". The funds shall be subject to the provisions of article VI of the City Charter relating to budgeting, appropriation, and allotment only to the extent that the chief administrative officer shall provide.
