§ 70-46. Same—Isaac Delgado Central Trades School Account.

Latest version.

(a)

All checks drawn against the Isaac Delgado Central Trades School Account shall bear two manual or mechanical facsimile signatures, which shall be that of:

(1)

The accountant; and

(2)

Any one of the following:

a.

The chairman of the board of managers.

b.

The director of education of the school.

c.

The secretary of the board of managers.

(b)

The school is authorized to maintain its own bank account in conformity with requirements of the state division of administration.
