§ 70-45. Same—Bureau of the treasury exchange account.

Latest version.

All checks drawn against the bureau of the treasury exchange account shall bear one manual signature, which shall be that of:
(1)

The chief, bureau of the treasury;

(2)

The chief clerk, bureau of the treasury; or

(3)

The head cashier, bureau of the treasury.
