§ 70-40. Same—Judicial expense fund.

Latest version.

All checks drawn against the judicial expense fund shall bear but one manual or mechanical facsimile signature, which shall be that of:
(1)

The director of the department of finance, or

(2)

The chief, bureau of the treasury.
