§ 70-38. How checks signed—Generally.

Checks drawn against funds to the credit of the city deposited under fiscal agency banks for the city, under fiscal agency contracts or otherwise, or with other lawful depositories shall bear the signature of the officials described in sections 70-39 through 70-47.
