§ 70-36. Effect of certificate as to name, position or signature.

The certificate of the clerk or assistant clerk of council of the city, certifying the names, official positions or genuineness of signatures of the officials authorized to sign checks on behalf of the city, shall be conclusive evidence of the genuineness of such signatures and of the holding of such official positions by such persons.
