§ 66-318. Concurrent authority.

Nothing contained herein shall preclude the New Orleans Police Department from issuing a summons to an owner of real estate whose property is in violation of section 66-312. Municipal Court of New Orleans shall adjudge any summons issued for violations of section 66-312.
