§ 66-204. Additional remedies and penalties for animal or fowl noises.

Latest version.

Any person who violates section 66-203 shall be fined or imprisoned in accordance with the following:
(1)

First offense, $50.00.

(2)

Second offense, $150.00.

(3)

Third offense or subsequent violations shall result in a fine of $300.00 or imprisonment of not more than 90 days or both.

(4)

Notwithstanding any of the penalty provisions of this section, the owner or keeper of any animal or fowl found guilty of violating any provision of section 66-203 shall be required to enroll and attend animal or fowl obedience training classes sponsored by the Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals or any other such competent authority.
