§ 66-107. Removal of vehicles by the policing authority; post-towing notice requirements; exceptions to prior notice requirement; grounds.

Latest version.

The policing authority shall store and dispose of the vehicle pursuant to the Louisiana Towing and Storage Act (R.S. 32:1711 through 32:1735), and all notice and hearing procedures shall be conducted pursuant to the Louisiana Towing and Storage Act.
