§ 54-502. Repairs or service of vehicles in certain parking lots prohibited.
(a)
It shall be unlawful for any person in possession of a use and occupancy permit to allow an automobile/vehicular parts sale/non-service retail business or an agent or employee of such person to provide or allow vehicle repair or service in the parking or driveway area of the premises of the business. The word "service" as used herein shall include, but not be limited to, adding oil or other fluids to a vehicle.
(b)
The provisions of this section shall neither apply to emergency repairs or service to enable a vehicle to be driven (i.e. changing a flat tire or jump starting a battery) nor to emergency repairs or service performed by a licensed towing service.
