§ 54-500. Cigarette vending machines.

(a)

The owner of any vending machine dispensing tobacco products shall prominently display or affix a sticker or label on each such vending machine stating the following:

The sale or distribution of tobacco products to persons under the age of eighteen (18) years is prohibited by ordinance.

(b)

The sticker or label shall be of a size of not less than six inches by six inches. It shall be unlawful for an owner of a vending machine dispensing tobacco products to fail to affix the sticker or label required by this section.
