§ 54-486. Unlawful to allow employee to perform massage on person of opposite sex.

It shall be unlawful for any proprietor, agent or person lawfully in charge of a massage establishment, licensed under section 30-931 et seq., to knowingly allow any employee thereof to perform a massage on a person of the opposite sex.
