§ 54-482. Sound trucks prohibited.

It shall be unlawful for any person within the city to operate any vehicle within the city limits when attached to such vehicle is any device, other than the horn specified in section 154-1300(6), which is being used to amplify sound. This prohibition shall not apply to law enforcement and other emergency vehicles.
