§ 54-351. Unlawful to sell, transfer firearms or destructive devices to certain persons.

It shall be unlawful for any person or dealer to sell or transfer a firearm or destructive device to any person who he knows or has reasonable cause to believe:
(1)

Has been convicted of a felony;

(2)

Is a fugitive from justice;

(3)

Is an unlawful user of or addicted to narcotics, or dangerous drugs;

(4)

Is visibly under the influence of alcohol or drugs;

(5)

Is under 18 years of age; except with the consent of parent or guardian.
