§ 54-343. Exceptions from prosecution.

The prohibitions of section 54-339 against the sale, manufacture, purchase, possession or carrying of any blackjack, shall not apply to peace officers in the performance of their duty or to persons authorized to sell blackjacks to peace officers, so long as the person so authorized hereby sells to peace officers only.
