§ 54-337. Enforcement of section 54-336.

In connection with the provisions of section 54-336, the superintendent of police is hereby authorized to grant enforcement and citation powers in accordance with section 4-502(2) of the Charter to the enforcement officers of the state department of wildlife and fisheries for the purpose of obtaining compliance with the provisions of section 54-336. Such powers which may be granted by the superintendent of police shall be in addition to the normal enforcement and citation powers of the state department of wildlife and fisheries.
