§ 50-99. Remittance of forfeited cash bond to municipal court judicial fund.

After the expiration of two days after the entrance of a decree of forfeiture of a cash bond, the clerk of the municipal court shall remit the amount of the forfeited bond to the municipal court judicial fund and this remittance must be made not later than the fourth business day after the judgment of forfeiture has been entered.
