§ 50-103. Designation of clerk to handle fines, bond.

The judge of each division of the municipal court shall designate one clerk to handle all money received from the collection of fines or in other similar ways, and such clerk in each section shall also be under bond in the amount of $5,000.00, the premium to be paid by the city.
