§ 50-36. Rules, regulations; assignment of judges.

The judges of the municipal court at an en banc session may adopt, amend or repeal the rules adopted by them for the operation of the court, as may be necessary for their proper function, and they shall adopt rules of procedure for the adoption, amendment or repeal of the rules already adopted. No judge once designated to a certain section shall be transferrable or removable from that section without his written consent. If a vacancy exists in any section, either by the expiration of the elected term of the judge serving therein or otherwise, the successor to such judge shall accept the designation to the particular section over which he is to preside made for him by the other judges.
