§ 42-162. Regulation and inspections.

The department of finance and the department of police through their officers, employees or authorized agents shall have authority to investigate and supervise the operation of cable television bingo operators to the end that the same are fairly operated and conducted in accordance with the provisions of the license and of this article. The department of finance and the department of police, through their officers, employees and authorized agents, shall have the right of entry upon the premises of any cable television bingo operations at any time during which games of chance are being conducted.
