§ 42-72. Issuance, fee.

If satisfied from its investigation that the applicant for a license under this division is qualified to conduct charitable games of chance, the department of finance shall issue a license for the conduct of bingo, keno, and raffles upon payment of an annual fee in accordance with the following schedule:
