§ 42-37. Raffles, bingo, video bingo, keno, and pull tabs prohibited.

It shall be unlawful for any person to hold, conduct, or operate the game or games of chance commonly known as raffles, bingo, electronic video bingo, keno, or pull tabs unless licensed to do so under the provisions of this article.
