§ 38-55. Personnel to perform cemetery work.

No person other than the cemetery personnel under the supervision of the director of city cemeteries shall inter, disinter or reinter any human remains within the confines of any city cemeteries, provided that the director of city cemeteries may permit the performance of such work by noncity employees when the public necessity or convenience shall require.
