§ 38-9. No more burials in certain cemetery.

No person shall be buried in the ground of the cemetery or the square comprised within Washington, Sixth, Prytania and Coliseum Streets, of the Fourth District and in the future no interments shall be made therein except by persons owning lots, vaults or tombs and except further that the St. Joseph Asylum, of the Fourth District, may use square nos. 311 and 312 for burial purposes.
