§ 38-13. Unlawful to play music in commercial establishments near cemeteries.

It shall be unlawful for any person to play or permit the playing of any radio, phonograph or other sound-producing instrument in any commercial establishment located within 1,000 feet of the outer boundary line of any cemetery or burial ground between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
