§ 34-36. Fees.

(a)

The following fees shall be charged each permittee under this article to sell the following items on city streets along the designated "parade route" during Mardi Gras Season for a fixed location:

(1)

Sandwiches, cooked foods and drinks (nonalcoholic beverages) ..... $500.00

(2)

Candy, nuts and confections ..... 500.00

(3)

Novelties ..... 500.00

(b)

The following fees shall be charged each permittee under this article to sell the following items on city streets along the designated "parade route" during Mardi Gras Season for moving locations:

(1)

Sandwiches, cooked foods and drinks (nonalcoholic beverages) ..... $100.00

(2)

Candy, nuts and confections ..... 100.00

(3)

Novelties ..... 100.00

(c)

The following fees shall be charged each permittee under this article to sell any items, with the exclusion of alcoholic beverages, on a city street at a fixed location for one day during the Mardi Gras Season:

(1)

Occupational license ..... $150.00

(2)

Mayoralty ..... 50.25

(3)

Identification ..... 5.00

(4)

Sales tax deposit ..... 50.00
