§ 30-1638. Types of permits.

Latest version.

There shall be two types of permits issued:
(1)

Temporary permits. Permits issued by the department of health to applicants and which allow transportation of solid waste or any other substances delineated in section 30-1636 only for a limited period while a standard permit application is being processed.

(2)

Standard permits. Permits issued by the department of health to applicants that have successfully completed the standard permit application and inspection process and which grant permission for the transportation of solid waste or any other substances delineated in section 30-1636.
