§ 30-1357. Revocation or suspension.

Failure to comply with any of the provisions of this division shall be deemed grounds for suspension or revocation of a permit, however, no permit may be suspended or revoked until after the owner, permittee, designated agent or operator is notified and afforded a hearing before the director of the department of health. The permittee, designated agent or operator may be represented by an attorney for the purpose of this hearing.
