§ 30-1324. Penalty.

Violation by any owner, permittee, designated agent or operator of any of the provisions of this article is hereby declared a misdemeanor, and such person shall upon the first and subsequent convictions be fined not more than $300.00 or sentenced to not more than 90 days in jail or both. Each and every day that such violation continues shall constitute a separate violation. The correction of a violation shall not restrain imposition of these penalties.
