§ 30-1148. Contents of application.

The application for a permit under this division shall be duly signed and verified by the applicant and approved by not less than five reputable citizens of the city, which approvals shall be signed by such citizens and acknowledged by them before an officer authorized to take acknowledgements. Such application shall also state the age, residence, present and previous occupations of such applicant and in case of a corporation, the names of its officers and stockholders, the number and street where such business is located, and such other facts as will tend to show the good character, competency and integrity of such applicant.
