§ 30-1087. Right of entry, inspections.

  • The department of health or its duly authorized representatives, shall have free and full access to the grounds, premises and building used as any nursing, rest or convalescent home and to the nonmedical records of any such home and shall have full opportunity to interview and interrogate any patient or inmate thereof. All persons connected with any such home as officers or employees charged with the management and care of the inmates thereof shall give to the department of health or its duly authorized representatives, such means, facilities and opportunity for such visitation and interrogation as is hereby provided and required or as the department of health by its duly ordained rules and regulations may require.
