§ 30-1084. Investigation by department.

Upon receipt of an application for a license, the department of health shall cause a thorough investigation to be made as to the character and qualifications of the applicant and of the person who is to have the general management of the home; the adequacy of the facilities to furnish the type of care and service specified in the application; the sanitary facilities; and any other matter falling within the intent of this article.
